Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related business field.
• 5+ years of field sales and marketing experience.
• Ability to manage sales area, formulate strategic plans, and train subordinates.
• Knowledge of creating a marketing plan.
• Excellent communication and strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
• Lead development and implementation of growth strategies and processes.
• Serve as thought leader on product requirements, trends, and competition.
• Provide feedback on client needs, business opportunities, and programs.
• Drive results to meet or exceed sales quotas and business goals.
• Collaborate with Store Managers/Supervisors on product features and programs.
• Develop new accounts and strategies for customer retention.
• Coordinate area-wide meetings and annual symposiums.
• Recommend selling techniques based on market knowledge and assess reports.
• Monitor price movements and advise on adjustments as needed.
