Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Sourcing Associate in Metro Manila to build candidate networks and collaborate with internal and external partners. You will source leads, manage multiple channels, and participate in hiring events to meet current requirements.

Ideal candidates have a college degree or certificate and at least 1 year of BPO recruitment/sourcing experience, with strong English communication and organizational skills. Flexibility for shifts, holidays, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

As Sourcing Associate, You Will…
