Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to identify, attract, and nurture candidates for high-volume frontline and support roles across the Philippines. You will build a robust talent pipeline, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, and conduct initial screenings to ensure the best fit for our teams.

The role emphasizes sourcing strategy, employer branding, and engagement with job fairs nationwide to meet hiring goals.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or those with experience in sourcing or volume recruitment.
• Tech-savvy, proficient in using 0365 tools.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with Canva or any design tool.
• Amenable to field work and traveling.
