Job summary

R1 RCM PHILIPPINES, INC. seeks an experienced Sourcing Specialist (Call outs) to identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels. This contractual/contingent role depends on client demand.

You will collaborate with recruiters, reach out via calls and emails, build a strong talent pipeline, screen candidates, and keep trackers updated to reflect current status and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, with a focus on call outs
• Understanding of sourcing tools, including social media platforms, job boards
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates based on job requirements
• Can work onsite in BGC (Taguig) / Cubao (QC) site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and target candidate profiles
• Actively engage with candidates through phone calls and emails to build relationships and develop a talent pipeline
• Screen and assess candidates to determine their suitability and match with specific job requirements
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our trackers/database
• Stay updated on industry trends and sourcing best practices
