We seek driven Candidate Sourcing Specialists who excel in high-volume sourcing and are passionate about connecting talented professionals with the right opportunities. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of Talent Sourcing or Recruitment experience in BPO or contact centers, strong Boolean search skills, and a track record of building pipelines to support bulk hiring and ramp projects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in talent sourcing or recruitment within BPO/Contact Center.
• Experience in agency sourcing, RPO, or high-volume hiring preferred.
• Demonstrated success building pipelines and supporting bulk hiring.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, and Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Actively source, screen, and endorse job-ready candidates across multiple accounts.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet fast turnaround hiring needs.
• Collaborate with client HR and internal teams to ensure timely hiring.
• Monitor candidate progress from sourcing to onboarding and maintain positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, reports, and recruitment trackers.
• Deliver high-quality candidate endorsements with 50+ qualified candidates daily when required.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of Talent Sourcing, Candidate Sourcing, or Talent Acquisition experiencewithin the BPO or Contact Center industry.
• Background in agency sourcing, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), or high-volume hiring environmentsis highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in building candidate pipelines and supporting bulk hiringor ramping projects.
• Strong sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Solid understanding of BPO hiring requirements, English proficiency standards, and sourcing metrics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentwhile managing multiple hiring priorities.
• Available to start immediately.
