Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Analyst in Metro Manila (Muntinlupa) to support Indirect Procurement processes and migration activities. The role focuses on PR/PO processing, supplier setup, inquiries, and compliance within a multi-country shared service environment.

The candidate should have 5+ years in indirect procurement, strong Excel and SAP knowledge, and excellent communication skills to work with diverse teams and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Indirect Procurement, 5+ years.
• Experience in a shared service environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end S2P processes and related platforms.
• Proficient in MS Excel and related tools; SAP PR2/S/4 knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of Indirect Procurement processes to Alabang and prepare process documentation.
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Indirect Procurement topics.
• Handle and resolve procurement processing issues and supplier inquiries.
• Maintain supplier master data and ensure proper PR/PO processing.
• Perform compliance checks and price audit related tasks.
• Assist in RFP/eRFQ processes and basic contract activities.
• Report savings and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Overview

This position will report to the PSC Team Leader and be a member of the PSC teams focusing on PR/PO processing, compliance checks, supplier set-up/change requests, procurement helpdesk, invoice price issues resolution, and many more.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support migration of Indirect Procurement processes from other Global countries to Alabang and prepare Indirect Procurement-related process documentation (process maps and work instructions)
• Become a Subject Matter Expert for Indirect Procurement-related topics
• Handle and resolve escalated procurement processing issues
• Answer and resolve suppliers, stakeholders, and AP queries to ensure timely resolution
• Maintain supplier master data information in relevant systems
• Ensure proper processing of PR’s and PO’s
• Perform compliance checks
• Expedite POs
• Answer tickets (Procurement Helpdesk)
• Manage invoice pricing issues
• Create, maintain Info Record & source lists
• Spot Buy / Requisition Based Sourcing
• Execute all procurement activities in-scope
• Prepare and process eRFQ’s
• Smaller Contract (value/complexity) negotiation & execution
• Execution of Projects assigned by Commodity Management
• Desk Research and Price Comparison
• Supplier training on tools
• End-user Trainings

• Maintain communication with suppliers, stakeholders, and other Indirect Procurement members
• Execute periodically PR/PO audit queries or upon request KPI’s measurements
• Ensure compliance with applicable TE policies
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
• Support a robust compliance environment with applicable policies, procedures and processes
• Build relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers
• Support local BU owners, Function representatives or other Procurement team members to solve issues on time
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Attend team meetings and trainings as required.

Qualifications:

• Good Experience in Indirect Procurement (5+ years)
• Previous experience in a shared service environment
• Good knowledge of MS Office; very good Excel and other relevant tools for the function
• SAP PR2, S/4
• Good communication skills
• Diversified Industrial Products/Manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Good command of other languages is a very important asset
