Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a seasoned Indirect Procurement professional to join its shared services in Alabang. The role focuses on supporting PR/PO processing, compliance checks, supplier setup/change requests, and procurement helpdesk activities across multiple countries.

You will become the SME for Indirect Procurement, handle issue resolution, data maintenance, and ensure timely sourcing and processing. Strong English and Excel skills, plus additional languages, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of indirect procurement experience.
• Experience in a shared service environment.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP PR2 and SAP S/4.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language is a plus.
• Experience in diversified industrial products/manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support migration of Indirect Procurement processes to Alabang and create process documentation.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert for Indirect Procurement topics.
• Resolve escalated procurement processing issues and answer tickets.
• Maintain supplier master data and ensure proper PR/PO processing.
• Conduct compliance checks and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
