Job summary

AMS is seeking a Team Leader – Talent Sourcing to lead a diverse APAC-shift team, coaching members to build capability and deliver insights-driven sourcing. You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape recruitment strategies with data, and drive accountability through accurate reporting. A hybrid work model, growth opportunities, and a collaborative culture are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team to deliver operational excellence.

• Strong English business communication, written and oral.
• Proficiency with data/reporting tools (Excel, pivot tables).
• Willing to work in the APAC shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team, setting them up for success and helping them grow their careers.
• Coach and advise the team to strengthen technical and strategic capabilities; ensure individual development plans.
• Provide SME support to develop bespoke sourcing plans and insights-driven recruitment solutions.
• Maintain accurate reporting to drive accountability, capacity planning and identify improvement areas.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, building influential relationships and acting as trusted advisor.

Key Accountabilities:

• Managing a team of diverse individuals, setting them up for success and enabling them to grow their careers
• Talent champion – training, coaching, and advising your team to build its technical and strategic capability. Ensuring development plans are in place for each member of the team and discussed regularly
• Subject matter expert, providing support to the team to develop bespoke, targeted sourcing plans and ensuring that they can bring insights-driven solutions to recruitment challenges. Helping them to challenge barriers to success
• Maintaining accuracy in reporting and tracking to drive accountability, manage capacity, and identify areas of improvement and strong performance. Recognizing core trends that might drive change
• Partnering with senior stakeholders, building influential relationships
• Acting as a Trusted Advisor, using data and insights to drive confidence in recruitment strategies, set expectations, and challenge barriers to success in a constructive and solutions-focused way

Skills & Requirements:

• Demonstrable ability to lead a team to deliver operational excellence
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across multiple levels
• Excellent English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client specific languages as required.
• Good with data/reporting — comfortable with Excel, pivot tables, etc
• Willing to work in the APAC shift
