Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee sorting center operations, manage a team, and ensure KPI targets are met.

You will schedule and monitor tasks and attendance, verify incoming deliveries, flag non-conformances, and provide performance reports to the SOC Lead. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in e-commerce/logistics with a process-improvement background and strong MS Office/Google Workspace skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics and warehousing.
• Supervisory experience with direct and agency staff.
• Detail-oriented with background in process improvement.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sorting center processes and teams to achieve KPI targets.

• Ensure deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed on time.
• Notify departments when non-conformances or shortages are found.

• Oversee the sorting center processes (such as inbound, sorting and outbound) and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved
• Create of schedule and monitoring of tasks and duties manage overall performance and attendance
• Ensure all deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed to the next process within agreed timelines
• Notify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are found
• Ensure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouse
• Provide reports to Functional Lead and/or SOC Lead for internal performance reporting

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
• Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and Warehousing
• Has supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employees
• Keen with details and has background in process improvement
• Knowledgeable with MS and Google Applications
