Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee shift operations across Sorting Centers in the Philippines. You will manage inbound to outbound flows, align SOPs with other shifts, and drive performance metrics while coaching the team for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience, familiarity with warehouse automation, and strong skills in Google Sheets and Slides for reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a warehouse supervisor in the same industry.
• Experience with warehouse automation is a plus.
• Fluency in Google Sheets and Google Slides is required.
• Strong performance management, communication and time management skills.
• Ability to deliver frequent direct written and oral feedback.
• Critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of control performance of operations during the assigned shift (Sorting Center) via building and optimizing layouts, processes.
• Ensure all aspects of the shift run smoothly from Inbound to Outbound.
• Align SOPs with other shifts and departments.
• Ensure metrics are met and reports are generated on performance, objectives, and deadlines.
• Develop strategies to achieve goals and motivate the team.
