Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the assigned shift in the Sorting Center, ensuring operational performance from inbound to outbound and achieving on-time metrics.

You will align SOPs across shifts, drive continuous improvement, and coach the team while coordinating with departments to deliver timely performance reports.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering
• Equivalent experience of a warehouse supervisor from 10 years and above, same industry experience is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse automation is a plus.
• Strong performance management, communication and time management skills
• Comfortable delivering and receiving frequent, direct, written and oral feedback
• Critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset
• Fluency in Google Sheets & Slides are a MUST
• Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management
• Amenable to work in Meycauayan, Bulacan
