Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee sorting center processes (inbound, sorting, outbound) and lead a team to achieve KPI targets. You will schedule tasks, monitor performance and attendance, and ensure timely processing of deliveries through the warehouse, escalating issues as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering with 2–5 years in e-commerce, logistics, or warehousing, plus supervisory experience and a knack for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Experience supervising direct and agency staff.
• Strong attention to detail and background in process improvement.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sorting center processes (inbound, sorting, outbound) to meet KPI targets.
• Create schedules and monitor tasks; manage overall performance and attendance.
• Ensure deliveries are received, checked, processed and endorsed within timelines.
• Notify departments when non-conformance or shortages are found.
• Provide reports to Functional Lead or SOC Lead for performance reporting.
