Job summary

Pharmacare in the Philippines seeks an Operations Process Specialist to develop, document, and standardize SOPs across departments according to HQ Operations Standards. You will map end-to-end processes, create swimlanes and flow diagrams, and ensure clear, user-friendly documentation that supports governance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include supporting HQ Operations initiatives, resolving gaps, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to align processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in operations process documentation, SOP creation, or related field.
• Experience in workflow mapping and process documentation.
• Strong understanding of process standardization and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and standardize SOPs across departments following HQ Operations Standards.
• Map and document end-to-end processes with swimlanes and flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with department owners to gather process details and validate accuracy.
• Ensure SOPs are complete, clear, user-friendly, and aligned with requirements.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements for optimization.
• Maintain the SOP repository with version control and documentation management.
• Support ongoing SOP updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support HQ Operations initiatives and projects.
• Assist in resolving operational gaps when required.
• Support cross-functional process alignment.
• Provide process documentation and coordination support for initiatives.
