Job summary

Limketkai Manufacturing Corporation is seeking an experienced IT solutions professional to lead user training, provide effective system support, and contribute to software development efforts across departments. You will design training materials, document processes, and work with ERP systems like Odoo.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for end users across departments.

Job description

User Training

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for end users across departments
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and process documentation
• Assess user competency and provide follow-up coaching where needed

User Support

• Serve as first point of contact for system-related issues and requests
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported problems in a timely manner
• Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow through to resolution
• Maintain a log of support tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues

Software Development

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain internal software solutions and system modules based on business requirements
• Participate in the full development cycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Maintain and improve existing systems, including bug fixes and enhancements

Solutions & Process Improvement

• Analyze business problems and recommend system-based or process-based solutions
• Work with department heads to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
• Evaluate whether problems require configuration changes, custom development, or workflow adjustments
• Document solutions so they are repeatable and transferable

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least three (2-3) years of relevant experience in software development, systems support, or a similar IT solutions role
• Proven experience in software development (web or business applications)
• Demonstrated experience training end users and producing user documentation
• Hands-on experience providing technical support in a business environment
• Track record of analyzing problems and delivering working solutions, not just workarounds
• Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience is a strong advantage)
• Familiarity with databases (SQL) and at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
