Job Title: IT Software Support Specialist
Join our team as a Software Support Specialist, where you will drive the integration of Google Workspace, Odoo, and our in-house systems. We are looking for a professional who excels at both technical architecture and client engagement. You will be responsible for the full implementation lifecycle—from initial system configuration to leading live training sessions. This is a role for a proactive problem-solver.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solutions Implementation & Deployment
- Google Workspace: Manage full deployment for clients, including DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM), data migration, and security settings.
- Odoo ERP: Install, configure, and customize Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, etc.) based on specific client needs.
- In-House Proprietary Systems: Lead the onboarding for our custom software suite, ensuring deep integration with the client’s existing ecosystem and overseeing the technical "Go-Live" phase to guarantee zero operational downtime.
2. User Education and Product Adoption
- Webinars: Host and present live webinars to demonstrate new features, tips, and tricks for Odoo and Google Workspace.
- User Training: Conduct 1-on-1 or group training sessions to teach client staff how to navigate the software effectively.
- Create simple user guides, or FAQs to help reduce support tickets.
3. Maintenance & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues (troubleshooting login errors, syncing issues, or module conflicts).
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and user access management.
- Collaborate with the internal product team by synthesizing client feedback and "pain points" into technical requirements for future in-house software enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering Google Workspace (Odoo ERP knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written English. You must be comfortable speaking to clients and presenting during webinars.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and explain the solution in simple, non-technical terms.
- You must possess patience and a genuine desire to help people understand technology.
- Knowledge on hardware troubleshooting.
