Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/IS.
• 2–3 years in software development, systems support, or similar IT role.
• Experience training end users and producing user documentation.
• Hands-on technical support in a business environment.
• ERP systems experience, with Odoo being a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for end users across departments.
• Prepare training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
• Assess user competency and provide follow-up coaching where needed.
• Serve as first point of contact for system-related issues and requests.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve user-reported problems in a timely manner.
• Escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Design, develop, customize, and maintain internal software solutions and system modules.
• Participate in full development cycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Maintain and improve existing systems with bug fixes and enhancements.
• Analyze business problems and propose system- or process-based solutions.
• Document solutions so they are repeatable and transferable.
