Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced procurement and logistics professional in the Philippines to execute end-to-end purchasing and provide timely PO issuance for project solutions.

You will collaborate with suppliers, global supply chain teams, and project managers, monitor ERP transactions (SAP/Oracle), and mitigate delays with proactive contingency plans while ensuring compliance with Incoterms and delivering on delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, or project logistics.
• Proven familiarity with SAP/Oracle ERP and Incoterms.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end purchasing and logistics execution for assigned project solutions, ensuring purchase orders (POs) are placed accurately and on time.

• Coordinate directly with internal/external suppliers, global supply chain, and project managers to expedite orders and confirm delivery timelines.

• Monitor daily transactions using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to manage PO issuance, shipment tracking, and goods receipt functions.

• Mitigate supply chain delays and logistical risks by implementing proactive contingency plans with stakeholders.

• Track project logistics expenditure, maintain delivery schedules, and support revenue recognition requirements

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in purchasing, procurement, or project logistics operations.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP platforms; working knowledge of purchasing workflows and Incoterms.

• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to support regional stakeholders across East Asia.

• Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, operational accountability, and cross-functional coordination skills.
