Schneider Electric Philippines is seeking a seasoned Purchasing and Logistics professional to execute end-to-end project procurement, manage POs on time, and collaborate with suppliers and project managers across East Asia. You will monitor ERP processes and mitigate delays through proactive planning.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 5+ years in purchasing or logistics, and strong English communication. Global exposure and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in purchasing, procurement, or project logistics operations.
• Hands-on proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP platforms; knowledge of purchasing workflows and Incoterms.
• Excellent English communication skills to support regional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily transactions using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to manage PO issuance, shipment tracking, and goods receipt functions.

• Mitigate supply chain delays and logistical risks by implementing proactive contingency plans with stakeholders.

• Track project logistics expenditure, maintain delivery schedules, and support revenue recognition requirements

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of solid experience in purchasing, procurement, or project logistics operations.

• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP platforms; working knowledge of purchasing workflows and Incoterms.

• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) to support regional stakeholders across East Asia.

• Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, operational accountability, and cross-functional coordination skills.
