Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Specialist, Business Finance Commercial (Operations) to support FP&A across transactional, solutions, services and software, delivering accurate performance data and actionable insights to drive operational and commercial objectives.

As an individual contributor in East Asia Cluster, you will advance finance transformation, tool adoption and provide comprehensive financial analyses, forecasting, and reporting to senior leaders while partnering with cross-functional

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of FP&A, project and cost controlling, reporting and analysis, and business partnership.
• Detail-oriented, transformational mindset, and with high level of integrity and work values.
• Adept with financial modeling techniques.
• Has strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint.
• Able to communicate effectively, including with senior business leaders.
• Can adapt to new systems and applications quickly.
• Familiarity with Oracle, EPM, Tableau, SAP, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, Power Automate is an advantage.
• With key vision to digitize and automate reporting and focus on value-added analyses to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support financial analysis and reporting across transactional, solutions, services, and software activities within the assigned East Asia Cluster.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and performance analysis to support decision-making, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Cluster performance data.
• Contribute to financial planning activities, including forecasting, performance reviews and annual proforma campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and support more efficient financial ways of working.
• Support internal transformation initiatives and spearhead tool adoption campaigns in the assigned Cluster.

The Role: Specialist, Business Finance Commercial (Operations)

As a Specialist, Business Finance Commercial, you will support financial analysis, reporting, and planning activities across transactional, solutions, services, and software sectors. You will help ensure the accuracy of business performance data, provide actionable financial insights, and support operational and commercial objectives through reliable analysis and reporting.

The role is an individual contributor who will cover mainly FP&A support in one of Zone East Asia Clusters and advance finance transformation and tool adoption in their scope

What will you do?

• Support financial analysis and reporting across transactional, solutions, services, and software activities within the assigned East Asia Cluster
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and performance analysis to support decision-making, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Cluster performance data
• Contribute to financial planning activities, including forecasting, performance reviews and annual proforma campaigns
