Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst to deliver end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions within the OpenText Managed Services environment. You will configure trading partners, maps, and workflows, deploy across testing and production, and ensure reliable data exchange via AS2, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP.

You will collaborate with clients, analyze data flows, and support onboarding and ongoing operations.

The Systems Integration Analyst (internal job title) is responsible for delivering end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for clients within the OpenText Managed Services environment. As an individual contributor, you will act as the primary liaison for client implementation requests, translating business requirements into technical solutions by configuring trading partners, document mappings, and connectivity protocols. You will develop and maintain EDI maps, technical specifications, and integration workflows; perform deployments across testing and production environments; and ensure successful data exchange via protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP. By combining technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and a client-focused approach, you will contribute to the successful delivery of client integration projects and ongoing operational excellence.
