Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst in Manila to deliver end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions within the Managed Services environment. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions by configuring trading partners, maps, and connectivity protocols, while ensuring data exchange across testing and production environments.

You will collaborate with clients and project teams, develop EDI maps and workflows, perform deployments, and support ongoing operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
Client-first mindset with service excellence.
Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
Ability to work independently and in on-call rotations.
Willingness to support global shifts (EMEA/US hours).
5-day onsite work model in Manila.

Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions for clients.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions via trading partners, mappings, and connectivity.
Develop and maintain EDI maps, technical specs, and integration workflows.
Perform deployments across testing and production environments.
Ensure successful data exchange via AS2, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP.
Conduct end-to-end testing, validation, and QA for implementations.
Investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide timely updates on delivery.
