Job summary

OpenText is seeking an EDI Developer (Systems Integration Analyst) to serve as the primary expert for clients, helping them integrate trading partners, document types, and connection types using OpenText translation software. You’ll deploy maps to pre-production and production and establish Trading Partner connectivity via FTP, HTTP, AS2 and SFTP.

Qualifications

Graduate in Computer Science or related technical field.
Strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs with clear, well-reasoned decisions.

Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently with good time management.
Willingness to handle on-call responsibilities and varying shifts (ASPAC, EMEA, US).

Responsibilities

Engage clients to understand EDI requirements and ensure map packages and documentation are accurate.
Analyze customer needs, handle data integrations, and implement Trading Partner and map configurations within OpenText Managed Services systems.
Create test cases, run tests, and evaluate results to ensure quality; perform root-cause analyses when issues arise; provide status updates to clients and project managers.
