Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Systems Integration Analyst to deliver end-to-end EDI and B2B integration solutions within the OpenText Managed Services environment. You will configure trading partners, maps, and workflows, deploy across testing and production, and ensure reliable data exchange via AS2, SFTP, FTP, and HTTP.

You will collaborate with clients, analyze data flows, and support onboarding and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
Willingness to work across global shifts and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand EDI and integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Analyze data flows, interfaces, and integration needs to support onboarding and implementations.
Configure Trading Partners and EDI maps within OpenText Managed Services to meet client expectations.
Support maintenance of existing integrations to improve efficiency and continuity.
Design, develop, and optimize EDI mapping solutions using industry standards and best practices.
Perform end-to-end testing, validation, and QA for successful implementations.
Investigate complex issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
