Job summary

Stelsen Integrated Systems Inc. is seeking a proactive Technical Sales / Pre-Sales professional in Metro Manila to translate customer needs into technical solutions.

You will support the sales cycle with detailed demonstrations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses, collaborating with engineering and product teams for feedback and development. The role requires a solid technical background, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or a customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex systems or products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proposal tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required (up to 30%).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the sales process.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops for prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotes, and solution documents.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs with detailed technical documentation.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and support product development.
• Assist in the design and customization of solutions to meet customer needs.
• Provide post-sales support including installation guidance, training, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
