Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect in the Philippines to ensure QA of client-facing documentation and to align proposed solutions with client needs. You will work with the Solution Design Team to finalize deliverables and help steer changes based on evidence.

You will triage client requirements to assign the right resources for technical scoping, and you will support multiple opportunities with centralized technical solution expertise, acting as escalation support for delivery

Qualifications

Ability to read technical content such as network diagrams (HLD/LLD).
Proven ability to manage client interactions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to provide technical guidance to QA processes.
Presentable, confident, proactive, articulate.

Responsibilities

Quality assurance of client-facing documents to ensure the solution meets client requirements.
Liaise with Solution Design Team to agree on deliverables and influence changes.
Triage client requirements to allocate the correct resources for technical scoping.
Gather and communicate comprehensive scope of requirements (e.g., technical scoping docs).
Support multiple opportunities across various clients with centralized technical solution support.
Serve as escalation and support for delivery consultants in solution capacity.
