Job summary

Dialpad is hiring a Solutions Architect to design and configure contact center flows within a unified platform. You will work with clients to tailor Dialpad solutions, set up desk phones, and lead deployments that align with business goals.

This role requires strong VoIP and networking knowledge and hands-on guidance during implementation. You will communicate complex technical concepts, conduct risk analyses, and provide expert insights via video sessions to ensure customers achieve Day 1

Qualifications

Proficient with modern cloud communications platforms and collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and signaling.
Experience implementing CCaaS/UCaaS solutions in enterprise environments.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and data center concepts.

Responsibilities

Design and configure contact center call flows integrated with business systems.
Collaborate with clients to tailor Dialpad solutions for optimal call handling and analytics.
Provision and configure desk phones and related equipment.
Lead deployment efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Troubleshoot issues and report deployment bugs for smooth handoffs to end users.
Analyze workflows to identify efficiency improvements and risk factors.
Perform risk analysis and change management for project success.
Conduct video sessions to guide implementation and ensure best practices.
