Job summary

weSource is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to lead architecture and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for clients. The role combines senior leadership with hands-on design work, partnering with clients and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of Salesforce experience, strong solution design skills, and proven client-facing capabilities.

Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications are an advantage.

About the Opportunity

weSource is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect for a Senior Manager-level opportunity

This role is ideal for a senior Salesforce professional with strong experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for clients. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and technical teams to understand business requirements, design effective Salesforce solutions, and guide their implementation and delivery.

While this is a senior leadership role, the candidate should remain technically strong, hands-on when required, and comfortable getting involved in Salesforce solution design and implementation activities.
