Job summary

UpraisIT is seeking a Part-Time Solution Architect to design and implement enterprise software solutions for HRIS/ERP projects in Construction and Hospitality. The role emphasizes architecture, business analysis, and full-stack development to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The candidate will contribute to HRIS, Payroll, ERP, Timekeeping, Workforce Management, and system integrations, collaborating with stakeholders, PMs, and developers across the project lifecycle.

SOLUTION ARCHITECT - HRIS / ERP IMPLEMENTATION (PART-TIME)

Industry: Construction / Hospitality
Location: Hybrid - Ortigas, Pasig City
Rate: PHP 50,000 / month
Schedule: Part-Time, 4 hours per day
Working Hours: Philippine Dayshift
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - Client Office
Reporting: 1-2 times per week in Ortigas

ROLE OVERVIEW:

UpraisIT is looking for an experienced Part-Time Solution Architect to support the design and implementation of enterprise software solutions for a client in the Construction and Hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, and Full-Stack Development, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and practical technical solutions.

The role will support HRIS, Payroll, ERP, Timekeeping, Workforce Management, and system integration projects, working closely with business stakeholders, Project Managers, developers, and technical teams.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
• Design scalable and secure system architectures and integration solutions
• Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design sessions
• Provide technical direction to developers and review development deliverables
• Design and oversee frontend, backend, database, API, and system integration components
• Review REST APIs, data models, databases, and cloud architecture
• Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate solutions
• Support development, testing, UAT, deployment, and implementation activities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business, or related field
• Strong experience in Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, and Full-Stack Development
• Proven experience with enterprise software implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of frontend/backend development, APIs, databases, system integration, and cloud architecture
• Experience with React/Next.js, Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs or similar modern technologies
• Experience with HRIS, Payroll, ERP, Timekeeping, or Workforce Management systems is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of SDLC and enterprise software development
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with cloud, DevOps/CI/CD, Agile, or systems integration is an advantage
• Willing to work 4 hours per day during Philippine dayshift hours
• Willing to report to Ortigas 1-2 times per week
