Job summary

Innogreen Renewables Energy Corp. is seeking a Project Development Officer in the Philippines to drive solar and battery energy storage projects from concept to completion.

You will identify opportunities, plan resources, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget. The role requires coordinating with land brokers, conducting feasibility studies, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with communities, local government units, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management or development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Proficient in project management tools/software.

Responsibilities

• Actively look for opportunities in solar and BESS projects through coordination with the technical team and land brokers.
• Review and evaluate project opportunities and formulate appropriate strategies for project development.
• Support due diligence and studies for land area, resource and site assessment, feasibility study, environment and risk assessment.
• Maintain a continuous field presence to monitor project progress and address issues.
• Prepare weekly project progress reports covering permitting, stakeholder engagement, land access, risks, and accomplishments.
