Job summary

Innogreen Renewables Energy Corp. is seeking a Land Acquisition Specialist to support the development of utility-scale solar and battery energy storage system projects in the Philippines.

The role involves searching, identifying, evaluating, and securing suitable land for solar installations, ensuring timely and cost-effective project development while complying with local regulations. The candidate will travel frequently for site visits, build relationships with landowners and local government

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in land acquisition.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and stay at sites to establish good relationships with land owners and local government officials.
• Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Real Estate Broker License is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Search, identify, evaluate, and secure suitable land for solar installations.
• Assist and coordinate in due diligence processes, including title searches, securing relevant land documents, and property surveys.
• Work with the Project Development Team in negotiation and execution of Land Lease and/or Purchase Agreements.
• Secure right of way for transmission lines and substations.
• Maintain accurate records of landowner communications, signed agreements, and project documentation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field

Real Estate Broker License is an advantage
