Job summary

Innogreen Renewables Energy Corp. is seeking a Project Development Officer in the Philippines to drive solar and battery energy storage projects from concept to completion.

You will identify opportunities, plan resources, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget. The role requires coordinating with land brokers, conducting feasibility studies, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with communities, local government units, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Maintain a continuous field presence to monitor project progress and address issues.
• Prepare weekly project progress reports covering permitting, stakeholder engagement, land access, risks, and accomplishments.

About the role

The Project Development Officer will help lead and manage projects from concept to completion. The role requires identifying opportunities, planning resources, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. The position involves developing strategies to meet project goals and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Actively look for opportunities in solar and battery energy storage system projects through coordination with the technical team and land brokers

• Review and evaluate project opportunities and formulate appropriate strategies for project development

• Support due diligence and studies for the land area, resource and site assessment, feasibility study, environment and risk assessment

• Maintain a continuous field presence to monitor project progress, coordinate day-to-day activities, and promptly address issues

• Act as the Project Development Team's representative for regular meetings, site visits, surveys, and collaborative tasks as authorized

• Track project execution to pinpoint potential risks, roadblocks, or challenges that could delay the timeline

• Deliver regular updates and advisory input to the Country Manager, swiftly escalating issues that require executive action

• Act as the company's local liaison during regular meetings with community groups, local government units, property owners, contractors, utilities, and other key stakeholders

• Prepare weekly project progress reports covering permitting, stakeholder engagement, land access, project risks, RTB readiness, and key accomplishments

• Maintain accurate project records, correspondence, meeting minutes, permits, stakeholder commitments, and project documentation

About you
