Job summary

KY Green Builders in the Philippines seeks a Senior Solar Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar PV and battery storage projects from NTP to COD. You will coordinate executive leadership, engineering, construction, and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strict HSE and QA/QC standards.

The role demands 8+ years in project management with 5+ years in solar, deep knowledge of BOS, inverters, and grid interconnection, and proficiency in MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading utility-scale or commercial solar PV projects.
• PM certification is a plus and knowledge of BOS, inverters, and BESS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution from pre-construction to COD.
• Manage budget, schedules, and resource allocation to meet contracts.
• Review electrical designs, drawings, and interconnection requirements.
• Coordinate with utilities, regulators, clients, and subcontractors.
• Manage EPC contracts and mitigate risks and changes.
• Lead and mentor engineers and site personnel with strict safety standards.
