Sunflora Energy Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Philippines and help expand our customer base in renewable energy solutions.

You will generate leads, assess energy needs, present solar options, and coordinate site visits with the technical team to deliver a seamless customer experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of building relationships with prospective clients.
• Willing to conduct customer meetings, site visits, and field sales activities when required.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and develop sales leads through showroom inquiries, social media, online platforms, referrals, field activities, and other sales channels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and identify their energy needs and electricity consumption.
• Present and recommend suitable solar energy solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct initial customer consultations and coordinate site assessments with the technical team.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations in coordination with the relevant departments.
• Follow up with prospective customers, handle objections, negotiate, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, and activity reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with the operations, engineering, and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Job Responsibilities

• Generate and develop sales leads through showroom inquiries, social media, online platforms, referrals, field activities, and other sales channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar energy, real estate, construction, electrical products, or other technical sales industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and capable of building relationships with prospective clients.
• Willing to conduct customer meetings, site visits, and field sales activities when required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn about solar energy products and solutions.
