Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer (PRC License)
• 3–5 years related experience in electrical systems and solar projects
• Knowledgeable in Solar PV Systems (On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid)
• Experience in electrical design, load computation, and system troubleshooting
• Familiar with solar installation standards and renewable energy practices
• Site inspections and project coordination experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical design tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Willing to travel and conduct field work
• Experience in lighting, electrical products, or construction industry is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee solar PV systems and electrical installations
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and technical assessments for solar projects
• Prepare electrical layouts, load computations, single-line diagrams, and technical documentation
• Evaluate project requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project completion
• Monitor project implementation to ensure compliance with electrical and safety standards
• Troubleshoot electrical and solar system issues and provide technical solutions
• Conduct quality inspections and testing of installed systems
• Ensure adherence to local electrical codes and renewable energy regulations
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and completion records
• Support business development initiatives by providing technical recommendations when needed
