About the role

A Solar Field Engineer role focused on field-driven activities including site surveys, feasibility assessments, electrical load assessment, and technical data gathering for solar power system installations. The role encompasses installation oversight, project execution, compliance management, and post-installation validation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for solar power system installations
• Perform electrical load assessment and validation based on actual site conditions
• Gather technical data during site visits including roof layout, structure, shading, cable routing, and panel placement
• Oversee and support system installation, testing, troubleshooting, and project completion
• Continuously monitor all installation activities until full completion
• Prepare and submit project completion reports in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage material withdrawal and ensure proper documentation of all items used for installation
• Ensure strict compliance with safety practices during installation
• Ensure all installations meet quality standards and are compliant with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC)
• Conduct post-installation inspections to verify installed materials and components, ensure electrical connections are properly secured, and confirm the system is fully functional and operating as intended

About you
