Job summary

Motolite Marketing Corp. seeks a senior professional to lead Project Planning & Readiness Support across Solar PV and BESS initiatives. You will ensure project readiness, governance, material readiness, and procurement alignment for efficient execution and safe operations.

The role covers external energy projects and internal solutions, with emphasis on logistics integration, reporting, and stakeholder coordination to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial or Civil Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or Supply Chain Operations.
• Competent in project planning, control, lifecycle management, resource planning, MRP, warehouse operations, and governance.
• Experience in renewable energy is an advantage, with exposure to BESS, EPC, and infrastructure projects.

Job Purpose

Leads the Project Planning & Readiness Support function by ensuring project readiness, planning governance, material readiness, inventory visibility, permit coordination, procurement alignment, and logistics integration across Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) initiatives. Support external energy projects and internal solutions, and provide asset execution support that enables safe, efficient, and successful project and operational outcomes.
