Job summary

Motolite Marketing Corp. seeks a senior engineer to lead the design governance and technical development for Internal Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. You will ensure compliant, constructible, and operationally effective solutions while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and governance standards.

The role requires licensure, 3–5 years in solar PV design and BESS, plus 2+ years in a lead capacity. On-site work at Sta. Maria, Bulacan will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Electrical Engineering; licensure is required.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Solar PV design, BESS, renewable energy systems, and project engineering.
• At least 2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
• Knowledgeable in PV design software like PVSyst, Helioscope, etc.
• Knowledgeable in CAD design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Outlook, MS Project, etc.
• Good communication skills and data analysis能力.

Provides leadership in engineering governance, design quality, technical standards, and multidisciplinary engineering coordination to support enterprise energy initiatives, internal business unit requirements, and successful project implementation
