Job summary
HelproGroupofCompanies is seeking an experienced Leadman to supervise a solar PV installation team in the Philippines. You will lead on-site installation of panels, mounting structures, and related components, ensuring alignment, wiring, and safety standards are met.
The role requires proven PV installation experience, team leadership, and the ability to work across multiple locations. On-site work, overtime as needed, and immediate start are expected.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school graduate with proven solar PV installation experience.
- Experience leading or supervising installation teams.
- Knowledge of mounting, wiring, and basic electrical connections.
- NC II or related technical certification is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise solar PV installation teams.
- Oversee installation of solar panels, mounting structures and related components.
- Ensure proper panel alignment, mounting, wiring, and connections.
- Monitor quality and progress of installation work.
- Coordinate with project supervisors and other workers.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and project standards.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and assist in resolving installation issues.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety at the work site.
