Job summary

Finest Asia Resources Inc in the Philippines is seeking an experienced solar installation technician to perform and supervise installation work for PV systems, inverters, and energy storage. The candidate will lead a small crew under company direction and must read electrical schematics and project layouts to ensure proper installations.

The role requires at least 5 years in the field, a vocational diploma, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in solar installations.
• Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in a relevant field.
• Experience with rooftop and ground-mounted PV systems.
• Experience on commercial solar projects up to MW scale.
• Valid driving license for car, pickup, light truck, or heavy vehicle.
• Good spoken English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install solar mounting structures, PV modules, DC cabling, inverters, and energy storage systems.
• Lead and guide a small installation crew under management direction.
• Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and project layouts.
