• Execute daily solar PV installation tasks according to technical designs and safety guidelines.
• Oversee site activities as Foreman, providing leadership and maintaining high quality standards across the team.
• Provide technical expertise during daily O&M operations to diagnose and repair system issues.
• Bridge communication between subcontracted personnel and project management to align on weekly goals.
• Ensure proper handling, safety compliance, and maintenance of specialized commercial construction equipment.
