Job summary

Energy Development Corporation is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to drive pre-sales, implementation and O&M efforts for solar pooling projects in the Philippines. You will coordinate with contractors, oversee maintenance planning and ensure optimal performance of solar assets.

The role requires a engineering degree, 4+ years in solar/renewable energy, and strong troubleshooting, risk management, and client engagement skills. Travel to site inspections will be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, renewable preferred or equivalent.
• 4+ years in solar/renewable energy and related electrical systems.
• Experience maintaining a solar facility (min. 5MWp).
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• O&M tasks: monitor solar assets, generate reports and optimize performance.
• Pre-sales: project scoping, site inspections and costing coordination.
• Implementation: contractor engagement and project management.
• Maintenance planning, budgeting and preventive actions.
• ESH compliance inspections and incident reporting.
