Job summary

Berde Renewables Inc. seeks an Execution Manager who will be the single point of accountability for all project contracts from Ready-to-Build through COD.

You will own and actively manage EPC, PPA, grid, land, and third-party contracts to ensure commercial, schedule, performance, and interface obligations are met. This role requires coordinating with EPC contractors, off­taker, grid operator, and internal Legal, Commercial, and Finance teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring proper back-to-back

Qualifications

• The Execution Manager is the contractual owner of all project agreements, including EPC, PPA, grid, and land contracts.
• Responsible for ensuring schedule, performance, and interface obligations are met.
• Protects EPC risk allocation and prevents employer liability through contract management.
• Acts as the single point of accountability from RTB to COD.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage EPC, PPA, grid, and land contracts.
• Coordinate between EPC contractor, Offtaker, and grid operator.
• Maintain compliance with conditions precedent and milestones.
• Lead governance and claims management with Legal and Commercial teams.
• Ensure COD and lenders/documentation readiness.
