Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a PPA Origination Manager based in London to lead origination, structuring and negotiation of PPAs with corporate clients, utilities and energy offtakers.

You will analyze market trends, identify new renewable energy PPA opportunities and build relationships with energy buyers, developers and financiers, while collaborating with legal, finance and engineering teams to close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in energy trading, renewable energy markets, or PPA origination (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of renewable energy project finance, electricity markets, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills with a track record of closing PPA deals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the origination, structuring, and negotiation of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with corporate clients, utilities, and energy offtakers.
• Analyze market trends and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities for renewable energy PPA deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including energy buyers, project developers, and financiers.
• Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, engineering) to ensure successful contract execution and deal closure.
• Reports into Head of Desk.
