Job summary

Ecological Energy Technologies Inc. is seeking a Procurement & Warehouse Officer to manage material procurement and warehouse operations for solar PV and construction projects.

You will ensure timely availability of materials, proper receiving, storage, and inventory control while coordinating with project teams. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of combined procurement and warehouse experience in solar, construction, or renewable energy, proficiency in Excel, and strong negotiation and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement and warehouse experience, preferably in solar, construction, renewable energy, or EPC projects.
• Experience handling construction materials, solar PV components, electrical/civil materials, tools, equipment, and project supplies.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, warehouse operations, and supplier management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/procurement systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory documentation and reconciliation.
• Willing to travel or coordinate with project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor PRs, purchase orders, and procurement requests.
• Source and evaluate qualified suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Request and compare quotations based on price, quality, specifications, lead time, and payment terms.
• Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and favorable terms.
• Procure solar PV components, electrical and civil materials, construction supplies, tools, PPE, equipment, and spare parts.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Project Teams to verify material specifications and requirements.
• Monitor supplier commitments and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations for project materials, equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Ensure proper receiving, inspection, tagging, storage, issuance, and recording of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
