Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Procurement and Warehouse Officer to oversee end-to-end procurement, warehouse operations, and inventory control for EPC projects. The role focuses on sourcing, purchasing, storage, and distribution of materials while maintaining accurate records and efficient warehouse practices.

The successful candidate will help establish a new company warehouse, implement inventory controls, and ensure projects run on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of procurement, warehouse, or supply chain experience.
• Experience with renewable energy, solar EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supplier management.
• Proficient in ERP and procurement systems.
• Strong Excel skills for tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement from sourcing to delivery.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, receiving, storage, and inventory control.
• Develop inventory processes and warehouse procedures for a new facility.
• Coordinate material movements to project sites and suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery.
