Job summary

ib vogt GmbH in Germany seeks an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee on-site civil construction activities for solar power plants. The role requires coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, safe, and compliant delivery.

The candidate should have a licensed civil engineering background with 3+ years in power/renewable energy construction, proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, and willingness to travel to project sites globally.

Qualifications

Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 3 years in civil/solar construction.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit; MS Project experience.
Knowledge of civil engineering standards and regulations.
Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations.
Fluent in English and Ilonggo.

Responsibilities

Oversee all on-site civil construction activities, including foundations, structures, and land development.
Ensure construction processes comply with drawings, design specs, and industry standards.
Conduct inspections to maintain quality control across civil works.
Identify, report, and resolve non-conformities or defects.
Coordinate with project managers, design engineers, and site professionals.
Monitor and report progress to keep projects on schedule and budget.
Prepare schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments.
Enforce site safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
