ib vogt GmbH is seeking a Site Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering activities on solar projects, overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of LV/MV/HV systems while ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

The role requires a Licensed Electrical Engineer with 3+ years in power utilities or renewables, plus knowledge of MV/HV substations and solar PV construction works.

Formación

• : Minimum of 3 years in power utilities, renewable energy, or large-scale construction with strong technical and leadership skills.
• : Licensed Electrical Engineer with relevant credentials.
• : Proficiency in construction methodologies and site practices.
• : Familiarity with software used in the industry.
• : Knowledge of solar PV construction, testing and commissioning.
• : Understanding of MV and HV substations and related testing.
• : Knowledge of electrical engineering standards and regulations.
• : Strong communication and organizational skills.
• : Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• : Experience on rolling terrain solar projects is a plus.
• : Knowledge of safety standards (BOSH/COSH) is a plus.
• : Proficiency in English and Ilonggo is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• : Oversee electrical construction and testing/commissioning of LV/MV/HV systems.
• : Ensure construction aligns with drawings, specs, and standards.
• : Conduct inspections to maintain quality across works.
• : Identify and resolve non-conformities or defects.
• : Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and site professionals.
• : Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery.
• : Monitor progress and ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• : Assist in preparing work schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments.
• : Enforce site safety protocols and conduct safety inspections.
• : Ensure compliance with legal safety requirements.
• : Prepare management reports on progress and challenges.
• : Maintain records of site activities, materials, and equipment.
