Job summary

ib vogt GmbH is seeking a Civil Engineer for on-site leadership of civil and structural works for a solar PV plant and associated facilities in the Philippines. You will plan, supervise, and ensure compliance with NSCP, DPWH standards, and project specs, delivering on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with electrical, QA/QC, HSSE, and EPC teams, review drawings and ITPs, manage contractors, and support safety and quality assurance through all stages of construction and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; licensed in the Philippines.
• Minimum 5 years in construction, preferably in utility-scale solar or energy infra.
• Knowledge of NSCP, DPWH standards, and Philippine regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural works for solar PV plants and substations.
• Review drawings, specs, and ITPs; ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate with electrical, QA/QC, HSSE and EPC teams.
• Monitor progress, prepare progress reports and NCRs.
