Job summary

Hummingcomm Corporation in Pangasinan, Philippines, is seeking a Photovoltaic Power Plant Maintenance & Repair Technician to perform daily inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of photovoltaic power plant equipment to ensure safe and stable operation.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience in electrical equipment maintenance, an associate's degree or higher in relevant fields, and basic English; familiarity with high/low voltage systems and maintenance reporting is

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above in electrical engineering, mechatronics, automation or related fields.
• Strong hands-on skills and fault analysis abilities for electrical systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to prepare maintenance reports and ledgers.
• Basic English communication skills for technical documents and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot photovoltaic power plant equipment daily for safe operation.
• Follow maintenance procedures and perform preventative, scheduled, and ad-hoc work.
• Inspect electrical equipment such as inverters, switchgear, transformers, and distribution lines.
• Clean panels and monitor power generation efficiency; identify hazards and fix defects.
• Oversee maintenance records, test reports, and equipment ledgers; organize spare parts inventory.
• Apply safe operating procedures and ensure site safety and cleanliness.
