Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer.
• Experience in electrical maintenance, solar plants, or industrial facilities is an advantage.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance tools.
• Proven leadership ability and initiative to lead.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of solar PV modules, inverters, combiner boxes, and other electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues related to the solar power plant.
• Carry out on-site maintenance tasks, including electrical wiring checks, minor repairs, and preventive work.
• Monitor plant performance and report abnormalities to the Operations Engineer or O&M Team Leader.
• Assist in maintaining SCADA monitoring systems and other plant monitoring tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical standards, and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Support general site maintenance activities, including equipment checks and vegetation control when needed.
